EX PUESTO/EX HIBIDO/FIGURADO consists in the relocation of the working spaces and their furrniturings as weel as the emploeeyes of a cultural institution taht promotes, produces and exhibits visual arts. The set is highly theatrealized, using a constructivist and practical lay out for the space and isntalaltion of the different enviroments, including office equipment, working force ( from director, curators to secretaries or guards). The personel will continue to develop their task but within this set.

The project does not only allow the continuing performance of the institution but also reveals and re-represents itself, letting the viewers to have direct access to the more public, political and private content of the instittution’s policies making.

Within the set some office panels are distributed, srtucturing the space, creating partitions and more private areas. These panels also serve as proyections screens for previously shot materials of the same employees in their original locations.
